To minimize bottlenecks and delays, we seek to create transportation links that improve movement within municipalities or communities, connect the geographic regions of York County, or provide access to the major transportation arteries that traverse or border our county.

To maintain or create jobs for our citizens, we seek projects that either support our existing business community or stimulate new business development, or both.
